FAQ’s

Am I able to bring my Dog? Dogs on leads are welcome.

Am able to camp at the Festival? Free Camping is available at Boolarra Memorial Park, this includes free showers and toilets!

Is Friday Night’s event free, do I need to book? As with the main festival, Friday Night is free! BYO Food and Drink, and first in best dressed for seating. Friday nights at the Festival are a blast, don’t miss out!

I’d love to volunteer to be a part of the day, how can register? We’d love to have you! If you decide on the day you’d like to help - pop along to the Information/Merchandise Tent - we will have information available there. Can I bring umbrella’s/shade/chairs etc? You can certainly bring what you need to be comfortable, but please be mindful of people behind you! If you plan to bring shade/umbrellas, we ask that you sit towards to back so everyone can enjoy the incredible entertainment!

Can I drive in and out of the Festival area to drop my belongings off?
Unfortunately, no - to be sure everyone is safe, we can not allow you to drive in and out of the festival area. We will have shuttle buses and drop off points near the Festival ground, and we ask you remain respectful and follow all parking/traffic guidance.

Is there Accessible Parking available? Yes, we will have a designated area for accessible parking near the festival area (Rear of Boolarra Bowling Club). However, access will only be available to vehicles that have a current Accessible Parking Permit. There is an accessible drop off point by the Boolarra Memorial Hall, for those that do not have a permit, and a shuttle bus will be running regularly from the main festival parking area.
